About ERA films
The power of film and online media to create social change
ERA Films have produced an exciting short film on Shared Interest's work with all-women Fair Trade collective, Bega kwa Bega, Nairobi Kenya.
Shared Interest is a co-operative lending society and the organisation has over 8,500 members in the UK. It provides fair and affordable finance to Fairtrade registered enterprises in developing countries.
FEEDBACK FROM SHARED INTEREST
"Working with ERA Films has been a positive experience for Shared Interest from start to finish. Not only did Ben demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the brief but he also went above and beyond it by adding stylistic features we hadn't previously considered. The fact that ERA Films understood the culture and development issues involved in filming producer group Bega kwa Bega meant that the footage truly depicted the real life experiences behind their business. And when we say it has been positive from start to finish, there has been no real end to the project aside from a quality product delivered on budget and on time. We actually hope and believe our relationship will be ongoing because of their holistic approach
to their work."

Our services are flexible and costed so that even the smallest community-based organisation can use film for change. Our completed projects demonstrate commitment to quality and delivering on our clients' needs.
